We adopt a robust and adaptable management strategy to seamlessly integrate sustainability into all aspects of our operations. Guided by clear frameworks and thorough monitoring, we are committed to continuous improvement. This approach allows us to anticipate and respond proactively to changing sustainability regulations, ensuring our resilience and long-term positive impact.
The Board of Directors (BOD) and the Group Chief Sustainability Officer oversee the effective implementation of sustainability strategy aligning with business priorities and stakeholder interest. We continuously review and update our policies to address and adapt to the evolving environments in which we operate. To maintain accountability and drive progress, we conduct monthly meetings between the BOD and the Management Team. During these meetings, we assess our sustainability performance, review key ESG issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Our sustainability strategy is anchored in four strategic pillars. Through fostering sustainable development, taking climate action, preserving forests, empowering livelihoods and forming partnerships, we work towards an inclusive future for the community, smallholders and our stakeholders.
Empowering progress with ethical and sustainable practices
Sustainable Development is our holistic approach to achieving growth and progress in a responsible and ethical manner. This pillar focuses on creating long-term value through transparent operations, adherence to global sustainability standards, and the implementation of robust policies to maintain environmental and social integrity. By integrating sustainable practices into every aspect of our operations, we ensure a traceable and deforestation-free supply chain.
