As of the end of 2024, REA’s workforce, including non-executive directors, totalled 8,708 employees, a decrease from 9,379 employees in 2023. The workforce reduction in 2024 reflected the drive to reduce headcount whilst improving efficiency and productivity.
As of 31 December 2024, the company employed 2,687 temporary workers.
REA continuously strives to retain talent by offering a positive work environment, competitive remuneration, and opportunities for career development. In 2024, the overall employee turnover rate was 7.5%, a decrease from 8.2% 2023.
